Julie K. Fritsch

Associate

Ms. Fritsch is an associate attorney at Moody & Warner, PC. She is a 2003 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School. She holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame where she received the Notre Dame Scholar Award. After graduating from law school, Ms. Fritsch clerked for three years with United States Magistrate Judge Leslie C. Smith in Las Cruces, NM.

She is licensed to practice law in New Mexico state and federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Oklahoma state courts.

Ms. Fritsch has significant litigation experience in employment matters and her practice centers on numerous areas of labor and employment law, including retaliation, harassment, discrimination, FLSA, FMLA, labor arbitration and mediation. Ms. Fritsch represents both employees and employers before numerous tribunals and agencies including the Equal Opportunity Commission, the New Mexico Human Rights Division, New Mexico federal and state courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Fritsch is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of New Mexico. She regularly volunteers to mentor current law students and has been active in assisting with mock trial programs, both at the law school and high school levels, in conjunction with the Center for Civic Values. Ms. Fritsch works out of our Albuquerque office and practices law in New Mexico.
