Gender Discrimination in the Financial Services Industry
We are currently conducting an investigation into gender discrimination against female financial advisors in the financial services industry.
Areas of systemic gender discrimination may include compensation, account assignments, "partnership" participation, promotions, training and mentoring and other terms and conditions of employment, all of which may be in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
We have launched our investigation in partnership with the law firms of Sprenger & Lang, PLLC, and Mehri & Skalet, PLLC, with whom we were co-counsel on the recently settled gender discrimination class action against Morgan Stanley for $46 million- for the benefit of a class of 2,800 female financial advisors.
If you feel that you have been discriminated against in your job as a financial advisor, or have information that may aid in our investigation, please contact us by telephone at 1-888-392-1461 or by email. We will have a member of our staff respond to your inquiry promptly.
