Moody & Stanford Settles Gender Discrimination Class Action Against Morgan Stanley For $46 Million

The Washington D.C. Federal Court approved a $46 million settlement in a class-action gender discrimination case against Morgan Stanley, brought by the firms of Moody & Stanford, Sprenger & Lang and Mehri & Skalet. The settlement will benefit a class of over 2,800 female financial advisers.

Moody & Stanford Settles Gender Discrimination Class Action Against Wells Fargo Advisors For $32 Million

Moody & Stanford partnered with Mehri & Skalet and Sprenger & Lang to resolve a gender discrimination class action against Wells Fargo Advisors for $32 million and substantial changes in the way the company handles its brokerage business.  The settlement benefited nearly 2,000 female financial advisors.
